Important Information

Before applying, please undertake the following steps to ensure you are eligible:

1. Read the Terms and Conditions.

2. Contact security installers for quotes (a minimum of two is recommended). Discuss the best options for your property including the minimum technical requirements to be eligible for the rebate (refer Terms and Conditions) and how much you want to spend. 

3. Complete this form which includes uploading your quotes.

If eligible, you will receive an email from the City confirming your pre-approval and the next steps for installation and claiming the rebate.

The Home CCTV Rebate Program is available year-round, subject to the availability of funding. Applications will close once the allocated budget has been exhausted.

Applicant Eligibility

As the applicant, I confirm that:
  • I have read and understand the Home CCTV Rebate Program Terms and Conditions.
  • I acknowledge that the rebate program is only available for residential properties within the City of Cockburn.
  • I understand that the rebate must be applied for within 60 days of pre-approval. 
  • I acknowledge that the rebate applies to either newly installed CCTV systems or for upgrades to an existing system to meet the minimum technical requirements.
  • I confirm that the CCTV system will be supplied and installed by a registered business holding a valid security agents licence number.
