Senior's Security Rebate FY2026/2027

To be eligible to apply for a Senior's Security Rebate applicants must read and meet the following eligibility criteria and agree to the terms and conditions:

To qualify for the Seniors Security Rebate, you need to comply with the following:

• Hold a valid Pensioner Concession Card or Seniors Card.
• Have a residential home in the City of Cockburn.
• Be the property owner, an agent authorised to act on their behalf, or a tenant with signed consent from the owner.
• Use a licenced security installer to supply and install the security devises.
• Battery-powered video doorbells may be self-installed. Where connection to mains power is required, installation must be undertaken by a licensed electrical contractor.
• Applicants may apply for a rebate up to $350 for items or $500 for CCTV, each financial year.
• Receipts must be from the current financial year.
• Rebate amounts apply to each residential property i.e. one rebate per household per financial year.
