Before you begin

To qualify for the Seniors Security Rebate, you need to comply with the following eligibility criteria:
- Hold a valid Pensioner Concession Card or Seniors Card.
- Have a residential home in the City of Cockburn.
- Be the property owner, an agent authorised to act on their behalf, or a tenant with signed consent from the owner or authorised agent.
- Use a licenced security installer to supply and install the security devises.
- Battery-powered video doorbells may be self-installed. Where connection to mains power is required, installation must be undertaken by a licensed electrical contractor.
Before submitting your application, please make sure you have:
- Paid the service provider in full.
- Obtained an itemised receipt from the service provider.
- Attached the itemised receipt to your application.
